Learning to live with loss in a variety of forms is both universal (something everyone will face) and intensely personal. GriefShare is both a class and a support group for those in the grief process. Each session will include teaching, video clips, discussion and prayer. Participants will receive workbooks that include notes for our discussions and also daily devotionals/reflections to help them through this important time.

Our next session will begin on March 20, 2012. We will be meeting on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 8:30pm in the conference room on level three.

• The "New" stages of grief
