Graduations
Graduation season is here! If you have a family member graduating from high school or college, please contact the church office so that we may honor all of our graduates together on June 2.
Wednesday Evening Activities
Many of our Wednesday evening activities will be meeting this week for the last time until fall! Financial Peace University and Spirituality in Portland will both meet on May 29; all other activities, including Community Dinners, will end this Wednesday, May 22. We hope you'll join us one last time before summer!

Sr. High Getaway
A camping trip to Centralia, Washington....swimming, putt putt golf...fun, fun!!! All students who have finished grade 8-12 are invited to come. June 27-29. The cost is $70, due by June 23. Register here.
Jr. High Camp
It's time to sign up for summer camp! Students entering grades 6-9 are invited to attend Jr. High Camp at Kellogg Springs Camp in Southern Oregon, July 29-August 2. The cost is $225 if registered by July 7. Partial scholarships are available; please talk to Pastor Andy for more details. Children's Ministries
Summer Camp!
It's time to sign up for summer camp! Primary camp, for kids entering grades 2-3, will be held July 8-10. Junior camp, for kids entering grades 4-6, will be held August 5-9. Registration forms with more information are available on the registration wall on Level 2 or you may download a form here.
Camp Counselors Needed

Sundaes on Wednesday
Celebrate the end of the school year with us on Wednesday, May 22! We'll enjoy ice cream sundaes, play games, and have more fun together. All three-year-olds through 5th graders are invited. Kids should be checked into their regular classrooms at 6:30 p.m. and picked up in Kid City at 8:00.
Summer Sleepover
Start the summer with a sleepover at the church! All kids entering 1st-6th grades are invited. Drop-off is at 6:00 Friday night, June 14, and pick-up is at 9:30 Saturday morning, June 15. The cost is $15 if registered by June 2. Registration forms are available here and from Level 2.
Kid City Summer Schedule
Our last Family Kid City of this school year will be held on Sunday, June 2! Starting June 9 and for the remainder of the summer, Kid City will meet in the gym the first three Sundays of each month. We'll learn a Bible story, have a snack, and play a game that goes along with the lesson. Kids should wear shoes that will work well for games in the gym. We will have family worship services (no Kid City) on the fourth and fifth Sundays of each month.
Builders
Builders Brunch
Harmon and Cindy Schmelzenbach, Field Strategy Coordinators for the Melanesia/South Pacific Fields, will be our guests on Tuesday, June 4, at 10:00 a.m. The Schmelzenbachs look forward to sharing what God is doing in this exciting part of the world, which includes the seven island nations of Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, Fiji, Samoa, American Samoa, and the Kingdom of Tonga. All ages are welcome to join us in Room 307-8. $2 suggested donation for brunch. An offering will be received for the Schmelzenbachs.
Summer Day Trip
It's time to sign up for this year's trip scheduled for Friday, July 12. Nancy Grande will lead us on a fascinating tour of the known and secret delights of Clackamas County including Bob's Red Mill and Oregon's oldest city. Estimated cost is $35 which includes transportation, food, and admissions. Reserve your space at the Information Center.
Missions
Missionary Speakers at Eden Community
All are invited to Eden Community on June 2 to hear from missionaries Harmon and Cindy Schmelzenbach, who serve in the Melanesia/South Pacific region. We will receive a special offering that evening to support the Schmelzenbachs' ministry. Coffee at 5:30 p.m. and worship service at 6:00 p.m. in the Level 2 Cafe. (The Schmelzenbachs will also be speaking at the Builders Brunch on June 4; see the back of your worship folder for more details.)

Enjoy reading about World Missions in our new missionary books that are available for check out in most ABFs and the Missions Center in the foyer. CDs are at the Mission Center as well.
Work & Witness Vision Cruise

Swaziland Team
A team of ten members will be going from PFCN to Swaziland this summer! They will be joining a group from Bethany First Church of the Nazarene and will spend a day working with the HIV/AIDS task force and then split into three smaller teams. Four PFCN team members will be doing work with Manna Farms at the Nazarene College of Theology in Swaziland. This team will help with beekeeping and aquaponics which will help provide scholarships for future students. Two members will be serving on the medical team performing physicals and giving medical aid to individuals at Raleigh-Fitkin Memorial Hospital in Manzini. The other four from PFCN will be doing compassionate ministries work ranging from painting churches to spending time with families at a counseling center. Please remember this team in prayer both before and during their trip, scheduled for July 11-22.
